Receptionist seemed very irritated with her job and seemed very annoyed any time a client approached the desk or asked for help. The phlebotomist saw I was anxious, as I am with every needle prick, & jumped down my throat for shaking my leg. I came to this one because my closest labcorp was not accepting people until 2, however I will not make that mistake again.
Horrible service, no one answer the phone. Simple test takes forever to get the result.
I've been to several labcorp locations and this one is lacking in its ability to train it's employees in decent human interactions.
Check-in was easy and the progress of getting my blood samples went well even though my tiny veins don't like to cooperate!
