Made an appointment for 8am and by 8:20 I wasn’t even advised how long it would take. Everyone else didn’t have an appointment and the lady was rude. I get why, she was doing everything . I ended up leaving without taking the blood test. A waste of time

I arrived at 7:37 AM. I understand I didn’t have enough water and needed to wait about 15 minutes, but I wasn’t called for nearly two hours. By 9:25 AM, I asked if I could go next because I really needed to use the restroom. Meanwhile, other patients who arrived after me—including a man who also had to wait to use the restroom—were called in before I was even considered. Office is very understaffed, prepare to wait a long time even if you have an appointment. There were only two nurses for about 10 patients who were all waiting in the waiting room at the same time. The nurse who inserted my needle also seemed very unscrupulous. I get blood draws relatively frequently, and the nurse inserted the needle at the location on my arm I usually get blood drawn from. Ridiculous organization and a poorly run location. You will book an appointment and not be served for sometimes up to an hour.

This was my second appointment with this office. My first appointment was canceled due to the storm, and I was never notified in advance, which was already frustrating. At my second visit, after I gave the receptionist my name, she immediately told me that I was not in the system.
