Sandra was incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient. I walked in without an appointment and was in and out in less than five minutes. She made the entire process smooth and stress‑free, and her professionalism really stood out. The parking situation was extremely difficult — I had to circle multiple times and eventually park in the grass because the lot was so crowded. The service and facility were five stars but the parking was a notable headache.

This was a weird experience. I went to have some blood work done , my results came incomplete because the nurse did not take sufficient blood. Such a disappointment, after a long wait in the hallway. This lab seems so poorly managed, with the nurse also running the front desk, it’s unbelievable how she can do both.

I had blood work done here this morning, and I wanted to recognize the excellent service I received from a phlebotomist named Becky. She did a spectacular job. I checked in from my car, received a text at 7:24 AM to come inside for my 7:30 AM appointment, and was already back out the door and in my car by 7:31 AM. The whole process was incredibly fast and efficient. Becky was handling both the front desk and performing the blood draw, yet she managed everything so quickly and professionally. Just bad customer service. If I was the manager here I would see huge red flags with these reviews. So rude. Just plain rude. Woman with glasses.

Becky was so kind and professional. Come at off hours and be nice. There is just one person working here.
