The staff were friendly. The lab work went seamlessly.
I typically have issues getting my blood drawn, as in, I’m a fainter. BUT, the phlebotomist was so accommodating and gentle, this was genuinely the best experience I’ve had getting my blood drawn. she didn’t make me feel bad and I didn’t faint! I would absolutely come back here!
I’m usually prone to passing out and have very small veins, but Raven—the vein ninja—got me painlessly on the first try and kept me comfortable the entire time. I even stayed conscious! Highly recommend, 10/10.
I've had wonderful experiences at this location. Lauretta, the phlebotomist/receptionist is very kind, helpful, and a hard worker! She keeps up with the fast pace, is friendly and professional, and she has helped me through paperwork mix ups from my provider.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE, ALWAYS RINGS BUSY.
