What a joke!! 8:30 appointment and here it is 9 o'clock and no one's here. No one answering the phone and multiple people waiting for close to an hour. Random person walked by and said the same thing happened to her a week ago, ridiculous
If I got give them zero starts I would. My husband and I went in today so that he could do a drug screening urine text for a job that he's been trying to get into for over a month. And he only had a 24 hour period of time to get it done. So we go in there at 3:21 they finally get him registered by 3:33pm we sit there for over 15 minutes listening to I think he name was Tracey at the front desk talking on the phone then for her to tell us at 4:56pm how sorry she is and how she feels terrible but the 24 hour period has lapsed ... read more
The staff were friendly. The lab work went seamlessly.
I typically have issues getting my blood drawn, as in, I’m a fainter. BUT, the phlebotomist was so accommodating and gentle, this was genuinely the best experience I’ve had getting my blood drawn. she didn’t make me feel bad and I didn’t faint! I would absolutely come back here!
