This was my first time going. I began to check in on the computer but wasn't sure how to continue because there wasn't an answer for what I needed. There is no one available to ask a question. The door is locked and can only be opened when the employee opens it. I walked in when someone was coming out. The employees act surprised and shocked and had me leave.
