Unprofessional. They left me in the room and forgot about me for about 45 minutes. They only realized when they accidentally roomed another patient in the room i was in.

Lost my sample and delayed a treatment by a week.
Zero stars! They have the most UNSKILLED phlebotomist in this site. I am young with good veins but they have to poke me multiple times just to get blood. Other sites have no problem getting my vein. But not this site and they don’t even apologize to you for missing! I suggest you all find another job, and please NOT in healthcare!
