I bought a basic blood check up at other service, it was hard to pick where I want to have a blood test done because of reviews. A lot of them a negative ones… I came in, check in with my id at machine, in 4 minutes I was called to pass the test. Mikayla did a great job, asked which hand I prefer, asked if I want count down… it happened in a second, no pain, no bruises, literally minute. I spent 10 minutes for this test. More than satisfied. “Sara” was quick, competent and professional. I had a great experience and come here for my blood work every year. No problems with the scheduling software and I was able to have a quick and efficient check-in time because I uploaded my insurance information directly to LabCorp prior to the appointment. I was in and out in five minutes.
Managing people is not fun. Especially when your customer is fasting waiting for there blood to be drawn. Got my blood drawn with no pain. Out no issues, ready to eat, and start the day.
Avoid this location if you can! I get my blood drawn on a regular basis due to health issues and have never had issues until I came across MAURICE. He not only couldn’t find my vein, he thinks it’s funny to tell horrific stories the entire time he’s attempting to draw blood. Some people are already nervous around needles. Read the room, Maurice.
