Update: this morning I had my blood drawn by Shantel. My blood draw was pretty much painless, and she had a great attitude and energy. You can tell she really cares about the patients. Original review: Maurice is very skilled and friendly, my blood draws are as painless as possible and he always cracks a joke or two to make blood draws more pleasant. I am uneasy in medical settings from past experiences but I’m never afraid to get my labs done by Maurice.
Unprofessional. They left me in the room and forgot about me for about 45 minutes. They only realized when they accidentally roomed another patient in the room i was in.
