They don't answer the phone here in Pahrump. Need to be sure they accept my insurance for payment.
The bathroom where I had to give a urine sample was DISGUSTING and this was at 10am. It’s clear people had peed all over the floor & walked around in it several times from all the footprints and it was clear it had been there for sometime. There was also streaks down the wall of mystery liquids. For a medical office to even think this is okay is so disappointing. It is clear that bathroom is neglected. Apparently the electronic ordering system has been down for a long time. Not the employees fault, the employee being rude about it. Yes his fault. I can understand that he is probably as frustrated as I am, but seriously work on your delivery.
Damien is always so help full im reading these other reviews and they are quit simply wrong dont consult your physician regarding labcorps policy's I have learned that the hard way such a wonderful place Tj and Damien are the best
The tattooed male phlebotomists has twice provided false information on which tests they can/cannot perform here in order to get out of doing his job. Do not rely on the information he tells you. Consult your physician. This location tries to shuffle patients off to Las Vegas so they can sit around doing nothing all afternoon. Do not recommend. Zero stars.
