Today I want labcorp in Auburn washington with my son and meet with shanthi who is very unprofessional, unhappy, sleeping on the job looks very tried and unwelcoming and even unable to drown blood from my child . Also, she very rude with a lot of unnecessary questions, very slow, and I think the job she is doing is not her real job.

Ordered my own tests online & this Labcorp was an option to get my blood drawn. Parking wasn't terrible during the afternoon. The lady working there was super friendly & apparently a floating phlebotomist. Place was clean & again, lady was great. In & out in less than a few minutes!

Made an appointment online for bloodwork, fasted for 12 hours, knocked, no answer, called, just to hear “hello this location is temporarily closed.” At no point was I contacted with this information, I had to find coverage at work and fast for this appointment. Now I will have to reschedule another appointment as it was a follow-up for bloodwork. This experience has been stressful and I am extremely disappointed.

I had a scheduled blood draw appointment and checked in through the Labcorp mobile system when I arrived, which allowed me to complete the check-in without any issues. The staff member at the front desk was on the phone and acknowledged me, saying she would be with me shortly. When she came back a few minutes later, she greeted me and asked if I had an appointment. Sitting here at 10:15 still waiting for my 9:30 appt. One person working and she is clearly not happy about it. Apparently our time isn’t worth much to Labcorp. Wondering why they offer appointments? Pack your patience coming to this place.
