Fast, nice ladies working. Your check in screen when filling out your information has a section right next to your legal first name for your preferred name. It would be great if employees were trained to read that line instead of completely ignoring it. Or it shouldn't be an option on the portal. Both employees ignored that request. Hopefully you do more than "consider it" and either train your employees or change it.

I've been to this location many times and haven't had issue. This time the check in machine would not read my license. The tech immediately came out and remedied the issue. Just an all around good experience, from the woman who helped me, to the tech who drew my blood. Thank you for a good start to my day

I took my mom in for bloodwork after an appointment that took longer than expected. I approached Purva Patel at the desk and told her I had to leave in 20 minutes. She moved so fast to help get my mom in and out. Not only were we done right at the time I need to leave but she was able to drag blood at the first try. My mom has very small veins and often times takes several tries before she can get a draw. Thank you Purva!

My husband needs periodic sedimentation tests. His veins roll and are generally a nightmare for any technician. Most often he ends up black and blue near the puncture site because of multiple tries to get the needle inserted in his vein. That all changed when we came to Labcorp in Hillsborough. We have been here four times for testing. The lab is small, well managed, and conveniently located. The best part though is the technicians, Yolsy and Purva.
