I went to this Labcorp on Saturday, May 2nd. I arrived at 7:10am and signed in, as always, using the kiosk. When I arrived, there were 18 people in the waiting room, some of whom were there for other testing, but they share the same waiting room with Labcorp. There were 2 phlebotomist who opened at 7:00 am and another who arrived at 8:04am and announced playfully, "I'm here, now the party can start". The lady was late and ita 30 mins past thr opening time and she has only seen 1 person so far.
Went in 4:30 PM, everything was done in 10 minutes. The technician was good.
The wait time alone is absolutely ridiculous to come in at 7 then sit and wait for over an hour with 2 phlebs is insane. Mind you it started off with 3 people in the waiting room the waste if time just chatting and not actually doing your job is mind blowing then to be told by the phlebotomist I'm by myself when I'm watching 2 of you draw smh
