Went in 4:30 PM, everything was done in 10 minutes. The technician was good.
The wait time alone is absolutely ridiculous to come in at 7 then sit and wait for over an hour with 2 phlebs is insane. Mind you it started off with 3 people in the waiting room the waste if time just chatting and not actually doing your job is mind blowing then to be told by the phlebotomist I'm by myself when I'm watching 2 of you draw smh
I understand I arrived as a walk-in about 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday at Einstein Montgomery. I’ve done this before and was still seen, but on 12/27/25 another patient and I were turned away after waiting for several minutes while we could clearly hear talking and music inside. We were eventually told they couldn’t take us because the shipment had already left. If walk-ins can’t be accepted near closing, the hours should reflect that. Giving an extra star only because the person did get my blood on the first try. However I would not recommend this location to anyone with a bloodwork fear. I have a needle phobia and a coping skill of mine is to randomly talk about topics. The person had absolutely zero bedside manners in being able to handle a person with a phobia. They did not engage with me at all while I was talking and when I started crying during the blood draw they did not comfort me. I initially visited this Labcorp location on 12/11/2025. At that time, a staff member informed me that there was a computer issue causing the system to freeze, and as a result, my paperwork could not be entered. I understood the situation and left without issue. I returned on 12/15/2025 and was then told by a staff member (working around 3:50 PM; I did not obtain her name) that my paperwork was not a valid physician’s order.
