We have had nothing but a good experience every time we have gone there.
I had a very positive visit to LabCorp today. Had to check in at a kiosk and the person working helped walk me through it. The person working was also very nice and polite. Only took a few minutes was in and out in no time.
I arrived yesterday morning at 6 AM to find a notice posted on the door saying effective October 2 the hours have changed from 7 AM to 4 PM. I thought OK I’ll go and get my groceries first and then come back for my blood work. I thought it would end up working out just fine. When I got back (@7 am), there were several people in front of me standing in line trying to check in at a kiosk with no one at the front desk. I got here at a little after 7am on October, 16th 2023. They had one person working in the building. They were doing the checking in and the blood work. I had 7 people ahead of me plus the appointments came in and went to the head of the line, I didn't even know they had appointments.This service was horrible Why would they only have one person working! Once again horrible service!
