It’s a fine location. Ladies are all really nice.
Very rude and unprofessional. My 10 yr old son had been drinking a lot of water to be hydrated for bloodwork and the older lady receptionist wouldn’t allow him to use the restroom. He was crying he had to go so bad. I’d definitely say she needs to find another job because she has zero customer service or empathy for a child who was already nervous about getting bloodwork. If you have any other choice than to visit this location I’d go elsewhere.
ATTN TO MAMAS AVOID COMING HERE - I would leave 0 stars if that was possible. I drove from Wilkes for a drug screen. Nowhere on the order or in the email did it say “you cannot bring children”. I have twins - both 10 months old. So I pack them up, drive them 40 minutes, get them in a stroller and take them in with me. There is a hateful woman at the front desk that says to me “read the sign, you can’t bring them in.” Talking about my two babies. Extremely rude. Only talked to one person but she was extremely rude and mean. Never had been there before. Will never go back that’s for certain!!!
