I've been coming to this location for a long time. The girls here are wonderful, caring, and excellent at their jobs. In my opinion, they are understaffed, so the wait times can be long at times, but that's not their fault. I recommend making an appointment, especially if you need to be fasting for your labs or don't want to be too late for work. All of Yakima shows up here.
Place is ran down and needs some paint. Very understaffed but the phlebotomists are doing a fabulous job at making it go smooth, easy and fast for the patients! Every person I saw leave as I was waiting walked out with a smile and or laughing. They work as a team to take care of patients, if one isn’t sure another didn't hesitate to jump in and help. Worst experience ever don’t waste your time here people are rude and unprofessional
Walked in to a very unprofessional scene, decided to walk right back out, I didn’t know we were still in high school. How they treat eachother and patients is appalling
