I had appointment at 915 got there at 9. Checked in on mobile phone as there kiosk was not working. There were five other people waiting infront of the check in counter. Lady named Angela, who works there was looking at us but didn't care to say anything about not seeing any names on her computer as if she purposefully wanted us to wait forever. Kim was did an awesome job. She introduced herself, explained the exam, asked if I had any questions. She was very kind and friend. Was in and out fast. Thank you Kim for excellent patient service you provided.
When I walked in, I was greeted. I was called back within minutes of arriving. The guy who took my blood was very kind and patient. I'm normally a very hard stick but he got it on the second try. I highly recommend this place for blood work!
Showed up for my appointment in their last time slot for the day and they had already locked the door and shut off the lights when I got there. They weren't even supposed to be closed yet and I had a scheduled appointment!
Wow, Kim was an absolute delight. She is way overworked and way underpaid. Literal saint on earth just there to do God’s work and help patients. Get this lady a vacation pronto. I almost never leave Google reviews but this was the best experience I’d ever had at a Labcorp.
