I went earlier this week to get some lab work done for my condition. I believe her name was Ms. Kim, absolute gem of a person. She was making absolutely sure that I wasn't light headed or going to faint, and wanted to be absolutely sure I was okay to leave the office when all was said and done. Very fast, very sweet, and very professional.
With appointment waiting for an Hour. Not sure what is the point of having an appointment.
Didn’t have the lab orders that were sent in advance, didn’t collect or submit the correct samples to the correct provider, and now inform me I have to return to do it again. If they mess up all of that, it leaves me with questions about the rest of their procedures, processes, record keeping, and their ability to deliver accurate results.
I had a good experience here. I had made an appointment and only had to wait about 15mins while the receptionist inputed my insurance and long order. The pheblotomist was quick and friendly. I would go back.
Not going back. Third time and third bad experience. First time was treated rudely by the gentleman at the front desk. Then, unfortunately, he ended up drawing my blood. Very uncomfortable. Second time. They double charged me for a test. When I asked for a refund, they refused. Third time, my Dr forgot to add a set of test onto my orders, and they told me it was illegal by the state of Texas for me to be able to order my own blood test. It is not illegal by State law.
