Scheduled my appointment for 7:30 am for the labcorp on 318 Rowan. Got there a few minutes early and waited. The sign said they opened at 7:30 am by 7:40 am no one still was there so I had to leave due to needing to be at work by 8:00 am. Why offer appointments if you cannot honor them. This is disappointing and unprofessional. It’s already unnerving to have to have to get any type of medical needs done.
After trying to go to the lab on Washington that was closed for no apparent reason I had to go to this one. It was over crowded messy and unorganized. The staff seemed very rude to multiple clients that came in. I Will not come back and would give it zero stars if possible.
I'd give a 0 star if I could. My 10yr old son had his blood drawn 3 weeks ago and they some how lost his blood results. No one answers this phone or anything. I should have known not to come here. 5 yrs ago I brought my then 2yr old here and they were so rough with him they left bruises where the one provider held his arm down.
This was not my first visit to a LabCorp office, but it will absolutely be my last. The office was overcrowded and visibly unclean. Conditions that immediately raise concerns about accuracy, false positives/negatives, and even the potential spread of illness. There was a single lab technician clearly overwhelmed and pushed well past her breaking point. I filed a complaint on Nov 21, 2025.. I did receive a call back And explained the awful treatment I received and how my tech blamed ME for my hidden and rolling veins. I'm 82 and NEVER have I heard or seen a " nurse" treat a patient AND the trainies with as much disrespect as "my" teck. It is everybody's fault except hers! Wish I could dig in her arm)or other places) to show how it felt! I really think they delete all reviews. There has to be a way to make her take a course in humanity!
