Alex, a traveling tech on the weekend, was solicitous, friendly, and able to work within the system to make sure my whole pile of tests were done. There were no other patients. The lab is within the urgent care clinic and there are no exterior signs, so you have to guess when you get to the strip mall. Given it's a legit LabCorp and it wasn't busy, I'd go again if needed
Avoid this service. It takes days just to ship to North Carolina, and their 3–4 day processing window doesn't even begin until the lab receives the sample. What a waste of money and time.
The lab should seriously consider replacing some of their staff members.
Rony, the lab technician, was very unprofessional and difficult to deal with. His manner was unfriendly and dismissive, and he did not communicate in a respectful way. In a healthcare setting, patients expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, which was not the case here. Overall, a very negative experience with this technician.
