The lab should seriously consider replacing some of their staff members.
Rony, the lab technician, was very unprofessional and difficult to deal with. His manner was unfriendly and dismissive, and he did not communicate in a respectful way. In a healthcare setting, patients expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, which was not the case here. Overall, a very negative experience with this technician.

I would like to share feedback regarding my recent experience. I went in to complete the lab tests that were ordered by my doctor. However, only part of the requested tests were performed during my initial visit. As a result, I had to return on another day to complete the remaining exams. Worst place for your labs, my blood work order they did not complete the order from my doctor, and they took almost 2 weeks for it, my doctor resquest another one, blood test should take 24 hours to 2 days to be complete, and now its over 3 days, never doing anything anymore at this place, they are no professional at all.
