This is THE MOST UNSANITARY and INHUMANE and disgusting lab I have ever been to. A urine sample. Here's a cup. There's the bathroom. Put it out here on the table in the basket when you're done. How UNPROFESSIONAL. Oh, after voicing my concerns I was told that I needed to ask for a "tray", the device that goes on the toilet seat. Saw my personal care provider after that. Made a 1 pm appointment. Arrived early. The guy at the check in looked like he was ready to quit at any second. Was taken immediately to the back. Waited until 1:50 p.m. and left. Had to work at 2 p.m. YOU ONLY DO THAT TO ME ONCE! I will never come back to LabCorp in Bonney Lake. I have nothing at all good to say about LabCorp. QUEST DIAGNOSTICS IS FAR, FAR SUPERIOR!!!! Never had one problem with Quest in 30 years.
I made an appt on the labcorp website. They moved to a new location. So I Google map street view so I knew where to go and what to look for. I had to fast. Ive had trouble with my doctor's orders being received. So I had the orders in hand. I arrived before my appt at 11:45. There was one lady working by herself. I asked if i could add two tests (immunity and blood type) she directed me to the website to purchase the orders as they couldnt bill insurance. No trouble. I ordered. She got the ordered. I have read a lot of poor LabCorp reviews recently. Some places are closed permanently in some places are closed temporarily. I went to one in Covington and it was a hard squeeze to get in and it wasn't very fast Even though three people were working there. The one in Bonney Lake was outstanding. Easy parking. Easy to get in in plenty of room in the waiting area. Just one person working there but she was very fast and painless. Wait time was very short.
One lady was running the entire show and she was super nice and fast! Actually a great experience. ◡̈
