Arrived 15 min prior to our appointment. ONE person working the front desk and doing blood draw. A lady who got “lost” and missed her appointment by 30 mins is allowed to cut in front of the rest of us. While I have been waiting an hour and still haven’t gotten seen. Still waiting as I write this. The one person working here is not efficient. Never coming back here and I don’t recommend this location if you value your time.

Based on my experience with Labcorp in Bonney Lake last year in their old location, I wasn't eager to go back this year. The previous staff at the old location was rude, didn't speak English very well (they were some variety of foreign), and the place was trashy looking. They used clear plastic totes from Walmart to store things, and the place was just really unprofessional. No receptionist. Just a computer to put in your name on the wait list. Waited 15 min to have someone come out and tell us they would not have time to see us. There was still 30 min left before they closed and ONE other person in the waiting room. This place is non professional and a joke. Don't go here. Go ANWHERE else.

Quick and painless visit, and I hate blood draws. Jessica did a fantastic job. She gave me a much lower estimate for the lab work, and then gave me the best blood draw I’ve ever had. I was in and out in under 10 min. 4 stars bc the office needs some TLC/ organizing, and there’s no signage for finding the office. But other than that, great!
