We do not live in Georgetown and have to pass several labcorp facilities to get to this place but we prefer having Rosemary draw our blood. Since our first visit, Rosemary has been excellent. She is friendly, professional and my child, who is scared of needles, goes to Rosemary without complaint. We won't go anywhere else as long as Rosemary is there.

Came for a pre employment drug screening. I said hi to receptionist as I checked in. She ignored me. I go to sit down. She said I couldn’t sit down because they were closing for lunch and I couldn’t do it until 1:30. The information on the drug screen place says that they are open til 4:30. I told her I wished that information was posted on line and she told me that it was on the door. I ended up having the test elsewhere. I understand lunch breaks. I’m not mad about that but the customer service was unacceptable.

Was almost scared off by reviews to come here, but took a chance and had a good experience. Quick and easy visit with a friendly and experienced phlebotomist.

I visited this location for the first time last Thursday. While it was easy to access and sign in, the technician completely blew the vein she pulled my blood from. She tried one location on one arm before going to a spot on my forearm I have never had blood drawn from before. It was very painful and I have a massive bruise days later (there was also a hematoma but that has since gone down.) I have NEVER had this happen getting labs done before. I will not be returning.
