Tech always pleasant and efficient Very busy office.
I went to Labcorp to do a drug screen for a new client I’m supporting at work. I had my two year old with me. The lady said I can’t take him with me and I need to leave him in the waiting room. After a whole fiasco, I took my drug screen and left. They never submitted my test and it showed expired. Now I have to go redo it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO
DO NOT GO HERE FOR A JOB DRUG TEST THEY WILL MIX YOUR SAMPLE UP, MISLABELED IT OR LEAVE IT OUT TOO LONG ETC. I went here for a drug test for a potential job. I had to go TWO times!!! Two 🤬. Both times they lost my sample. When in reality I believe it was just negligence on the staff's part. Because both times that I went in they were rushing they were not being thorough. Limpio y muy tranquilo pero se acumulación mucho personal para hacer examenes y solo 2 personas extrayendo sangre...cuando hay venas complicadas como las d mi hija se paraliza la fila y se retrasan los demas...creo que necesitan mas personal para agilizar el flujo d pacientes...
