If you made an appointment it is really a smooth process, and fairly fast.
My experience at Lacorps was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the facility itself was in unacceptable condition. There were dead roaches on the floor, the bathroom smelled strongly of urine, and overall cleanliness was clearly not a priority. On top of that, my card was placed on hold because they failed to run my insurance properly. None of the staff wore name tags, which made it impossible to identify who I was speaking with, and their attitudes made the entire visit even more unpleasant.... read more
For my visit on 11\11\25 I found that the electronic check-in process worked smoothly and helped with a short overall wait time for this visit. The phlebotomist was very friendly and highly professional, executing the procedure flawlessly. Conversely, the front desk associates should focus on being more outwardly people-oriented and welcoming to patients. (from a retired Clinical Laboratory Professional)
