The most ignorant staff that I’ve ever met I asked her if she could look up my insurance card, which should be in the system and instead of answering me accordingly and looking at me in the eye like somebody that actually works for a business that cares about their job would . She looks down and shakes her head no well continuing to be on her phone.

On July 24, 2025, at approximately 8:00 a.m., I accompanied my mother to your facility for lab work. My mother has lung cancer and currently has a cough. When we arrived, my mother provided her lab orders to the staff member at the front desk, specifically Window 2. The staff member instructed my mother to proceed to the laboratory area and wait. I’ve been to multiple lab corps locations, and this one should not even hold this name. The process was super inefficient. They had me sign for out of pocket responsibility on both of my lab requisitions separately. When I got my results, they only drew for one of the two orders. When I went to another location to get the draw, no one could find my order. Even this location didn’t have a record of this order that they made me sign responsibility. For. TERRIBLE!
