horrible experience here the reviews don’t lie.. i went for routine blood work and i have prior trauma to having bloodwork done but have built up a tolerance as i have to do it often. the women didn’t prep me at all stuck the needle in my arm as carelessly and abrasive as she could then scolded me for tensing up and getting irritable she had to do it again and called another woman in to do it and she also wasn’t the nicest/gentle handed either. by the time they both noticed i was crying (trauma response) they were saying “oh... read more
Terrible experience, checked in ahead of schedule including my phone number so they could text or call me. After waiting 30 minutes I explained the situation to the front desk agent and she was incredible dismissive. She told me my name had already been removed as I had already been called. This was news to me as I had never received any sort of notification. Then she suggests I sign in and wait an extra hour to be seen. 0/10 - DO NOT GO HERE. Why don’t you hire people like me that actually want to work and enjoy working? The staff here clearly needs to be replaced. I went to this specific location because it’s close to me at 4:30pm on January 23rd, a Friday. They had already locked the door and “closed”….yet the door, their website, and voicemail ALL CLEARLY state the facility closed at 5pm. Unprofessional and unskilled. Go to another location.
I would rate zero stars if I could. Do not come to this location. Especially don't come to this location on a Saturday. The front desk receptionist is not the brightest. It took her 10 minutes to check me in. The phlebotomists are not skilled to handle deep veins. Two tried and failed aggressively (ouch). I left with two bruised arms and without having my labs completed. I also overheard a conversation with the staff when one of them was speaking down on a hispanic gentleman.
