Come early.The place fills up fast on saturday mornings by nine thirty.They're out in the hallway plan.Accordingly. Came back today and crowed again long wait. One person came in with a migraine worked the front desk. Came in today bad attitude front desk . Long wait they need more staff.
I wouldn’t say the staff was rude as much as non existent. There is only one person working here including check in! Wait time was much longer as a result. I had an appointment but walk ins were called back ahead of me. Idk if that’s normal or not??
I recently had a wonderful experience at the Blue Ridge location. My 3 year old had to get some labs drawn and Isabel was absolutely wonderful with him. She kept him distracted and was able to get the needed lab work quickly with 1 stick. Everyone there was professional and kind.
Even by LabCorp standards this is bad! It’s 8 am and the door is still not open for my 7:30 am appointment.
10:15 appointment and got called in at 11:14. Only one person working today handling the front desk and taking bloodwork. Another person had a 10am appointment and was called in at 11am. It seemed like those with appointments were not getting taken in before walk-ins. This used to be a good lab to go to but last couple of appointments have been disappointing. Didn’t give 1 star because the woman working alone was doing her best. This is not the first time I’ve been there and they were understaffed.
