I would rate zero stars if I could. Do not come to this location. Especially don't come to this location on a Saturday. The front desk receptionist is not the brightest. It took her 10 minutes to check me in. The phlebotomists are not skilled to handle deep veins. Two tried and failed aggressively (ouch). I left with two bruised arms and without having my labs completed. I also overheard a conversation with the staff when one of them was speaking down on a hispanic gentleman. horrible experience here. went in to drop off a sample and got yelled at by one of the nurses for not bringing in the right samples. went home, returned the correct samples, and got my blood drawn to complete the order by a the same nurse who was just plain mean. she preceded to blow my blood vessel, and now i’m left with a golf-ball sized, swollen bruise in my arm. go literally anywhere else!!!!!!

Most disgusting, horrible, and unsanitary place I have had to get blood work done! Someone had an "accident" in their chair. Several people informed them of this but instead of cleaning it they continued for 30 more mins and allowed others to sit in it! When they asked which chair and saw someone sitting in it they responded with "well nothing I can do now"...

If you need a pediatric blood draw, do not come here. The phlebotomist lacked both competence and compassion. She was also acting as the receptionist and was extremely rude at check-in, despite us being only a few minutes late and there were no other patients waiting.
