We went there today, they have a tiny waiting room, a very loud door bell and a very efficient and personable Phlebotomist and office clerk. She was the best. If you want to reduce your wait time, book an appointment ahead of time. It really worked for us.
Given all the bad reviews on this place, I figured I should share my experience. I’ve been to LabCorp multiple times and continue to choose it over our local hospitals. I want to specifically comment on the wonderful lady who Took blood from my 16 month old daughter today. She was extremely professional, kind, caring, and compassionate. Easy peasy
Can never get an answer on the phone. I've only ever gotten someone to pick up the phone once. She was very helpful and kind though. I live an hour away, would be very nice to be able to ask a few questions before making the drive regarding any medications I take or were given to me in the past week to make sure I bring adequate paperwork with me.
