As a long-time LabCorp customer, I've visited this office many times and have found them to be very capable professionals, most often with a friendly greeting and an efficient process. As with most businesses, there have been times of computer or system changes which can be stressful for them, but they still put their best foot forward. My experience today today was above and beyond what they needed to do for me. After getting there earlier in the morning, and checked in, I was told there were no orders for me from my Dr office. Which sent me to HRH COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, to retrieve them from their system, they didn't have them. So back to Dr Teveleit offee to get them. Then back to Labcorp. This is my first time at this location. Since I moved to grace harbor the staff are very, very wonderful and very kind. And caring, they are the coolest people. I have ever met since I have moved out here. I am very thankful to be a part of this lab Corp. It was just so wonderful.Especially since I just moved here and don't know anything or anyone, they were very just kind people
