We went in for lab work this morning and the place was packed there was one girl working I can't remember her name black girl with long hair super super super super sweet. She checked to see him and then she did my husband's labs and was just professional accommodating Pleasant calm yes and she was by herself you would have never known that she was doing everything. I went yesterday for a drug test pre employment. The ladies both were super kind and friendly. I’ve gone other locations and had the rudest people I’ve ever met. I had Opal and she was the greatest!

In and out quickly (walk-in). So easy, and the phlebotomist was super sweet.

I went to the Monroe location and had an important specimen that needed to be submitted. I picked up the kit, left for about an hour came back to drop it off and they were closed early. There were other clients including handicap that were waiting outside to be serviced as well. This is People's health. That should be taken seriously.

I had an appointment scheduled, received a reminder email, and received a text reminder with link to check in. I scheduled my day to make the appointment. I fasted for this 11:00 am appointment. I drove to the appointment, checked in on the link and then went to go in. I couldn't get in because the office was closed. Closed all day! Why put me through this??????? I submitted requests to be contacted and it's been 5 days about this and Labcorp has made no effort to address this situation. I am so frustrated by their lack acco... read more
