Rude as hell! Not helpful.. Sits in the office as you fill out all of your info on the kiosh.. Also my wife had blood work done and the nurse had the audacity to ask.. So why are you having this blood work? Breach of privacy?
Clean as expected for a lap testing facility. Friendly and understanding staff.
The phlebotomist was very sweet; however, when my labs were resulted they were not the lab tests my physician had ordered and the name of the ordering physician was not mine. I feel sure there was a mix up! So I urge everyone to be aware of the labs your health care provider ordered AND the correct ordering provider. I am going in to speak to them tomorrow.
I love this place. Incredibly efficient with kind people working there. Keep doing what you’re doing.
I took my 4 year old here , and his blood clotted. Then I took my 1 year old there and they used an out of date tube. Thankfully, the Dr. H gave my baby antibiotics because they did not even call to tell me they messed up . I paid for them to mess up. Then the only sample that was good for my 1 year old. I had to take home and get it myself. They gave me no info on how to do it or anything. I had to Google it.
