Friendly staff, hardly any wait at all. They always get us in and out. Staff is great with my son who has special needs. They are patient and kind when doing his labs.
This is what they do for a living...drawing blood!!! But end up missing great veins and hurt you. I've been drawing blood for almost 30 yrs as part of my job...part of my job. They do this all day long & have no care whatsoever if they hurt you or not. Last week I had to take my husband to get his blood drawn. It was the 1st & only time he didn't get hurt & said the lady was nice to him. She was new...of course. But that's why they received the 3 stars, if it wasn't for her they'd of gotten none.
