Efficiency is clearly a word they've never heard of. They make you wait over an hour just to drop off a specimen. They also call people out of order. Inefficient is a massive understatement. Actually mind boggling the way this place operates.
It says walk in anytime can’t schedule an appointment. Then I walk in have to use a kiosk just to find out there are appointments and I have to wait 1.5hrs for walk in. Enshitification at its finest.
Always kind and fast and I can always count on someone there being able to get my blood drawn the first try
I was taken on time with appointment. The paperwork was quick. The blood draw was painless. The person taking the blood was friendly and efficient. The results were next day. Best lab experience ever!
