I went in when they opened, two people were ahead of and seen before me. They had to update my data and the order was typed in, my first ever visit. From the time they opened the door to the time she had my blood drawn was a total of 20 minutes. My technician (Madison?), was exceptionally friendly, professional, and used excellent technique with the vacutainer (I've drawn blood 100+ times myself, I barely felt the needle). The Lab cancelled my appointment 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled draw time, because they are now "closed" extremely unprofessional and incredibly frustrating as a patient who was literally a couple blocks away.
I call the number and no one answers it goes to a message saying all team members are busy or they are closed. I've left messages and no one returns my call. I have been calling for a week. I am trying to find out if they have a specific specialized test kit that isn't listed on their webpage as a test they do. I made appointments at two other labs and was insured that they could do the test and had what they needed. To be asked if I brought the kit with me from my doctor. Why can't they answer the phone?
This place is disorganized and extremely slow. There have been upwards of 10+ people waiting and one person drawing blood. I have never waited two hours for a blood draw in my life. Do not go here. Waste your time driving elsewhere and find a better lab.
Easy to find, sitting by door the room is full, on the floor no less. Waiting. Kinda bummer never had this experience at the north side this was closer, regretting my option for this location. I came here earlier today, 4 people outside the door waiting, figured ill come back for my son's blood draw. Shocked to be serious. So not really happy right now
