Very friendly and bilingual staff and very clean facilities and extremely professional.
I had a very bad experience when I was there. The costumer service desk for the checking in was terrible. I had scheduled an appointment, but the lady from the service desk didn't start checking me in the order people were coming in. She allowed other patient to check in before she took me in. Because of that I was there over an hour ( 1 hour and 20 mintes)and didn't make within first hour free parking. I ended up paying for the parking since it is a hospital parking structure.
The Labcorp is actually on floor 6 room 610 not floor 1 like the map says.
By far the best experience I have had at any LabCorp. I did not have an appointment and didn't wait more than an hour. Aside from that the customer service was great
