Previously had negative experience at quest (over 1.5 hour late to be seen for my appointment and poked 3 times) and they cancelled my appointment the day of so I made a last minute appointment at Labcorp. I did not wait long at all and the phlebotomist was very professional, accommodating, and understanding. 10/10 would come again.
I never have any issues here and the phlebotomist is upbeat, kind, funny and enjoys working with the clients. Sometimes they close due to unforeseen circumstances as computer issues/upgrades, etc. But I do not blame the lab.
Unreal. There was not a single other patient there. Signed in and waited 20 min for the phlebotomist to emerge. Awful!
The woman that works there is VERY RUDE! She should NOT be working if she wants to be lazy and have an attitude! She needs to be fired immediately!
