We went today, a Saturday, to get blood drawn. The doctor told us the best time for blood to be drawn would be from 7:30 to 8 so we went. We have no insurance and when we tried to pay the lady upfront told us she wasn’t not able to take any type of payment since she had no access to anything since she rarely works at labcorp, okay? She couldn’t take card, cash, save my card info for late, send us the bill late. The lady at the front desk was RUDE! Do not waste your time going to this UNPROFESSIONAL location. I was literally turned away for a $97 balance on a bill that already had arrangements to be paid!! Never happened at any other location. Save your time and energy and go SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
Lianna was amazing. I didn't feel a thing which is RARE for blood being drawn. EXCELLENT care and customer service. VERY efficient. HIGHLY recommend this branch for services.
they moved!!! Check out their new office.. see signs.. back building . Super nice and staff is friendly, be ready to check in with their portal in the waiting room
