I asked a simple question, and the woman on the phone would not answer if I needed to fast.. She ended up hanging up on me and not answering the phone the rest of the day. I had to go in person to get my simple question answered ,,,, what a joke.
Hours are not accurate. Drove out here for nothing. As usual, Labcorp is terrible.
The male nurse was aggressive and rude during the blood sample process. He should be more professional and respectful with patients. On the other hand, the female nurse was excellent she took my wife’s blood samples with great care and was truly amazing. If service quality were consistent at this higher level, I would gladly give a 5-star rating but not today.
