The front desk lady is super rude and she took forever even with appointments made. I don’t recommend coming here. Checked in 40 min ago and when I asked how much more longer she mentioned it was just her if I want to go somewhere else. I just ask politely 🤦♀️🤷♀️
It is staffed by a single person and they run 45-60 minutes behind on their appts. There are better locations so best to avoid this one.
I loved the phlebotomist, Yoveni! She was so sweet and personable. It does seem like this Labcorp has longer wait times but that’s probably because she is the only one running the whole show. Even with her juggling everything, she was great with my glucose test and made sure to stay on time and get me out asap!
I asked a simple question, and the woman on the phone would not answer if I needed to fast.. She ended up hanging up on me and not answering the phone the rest of the day. I had to go in person to get my simple question answered ,,,, what a joke.
