I had an order for blood work, I went in on a Saturday, which was convenient because work during the week often conflicts with business hours. I waited from start to finish about 20 minutes. Jamiya helped me. She found my blood work order and took me back right after check in to draw. She was so friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location.
I went to the Labcorp on Discovery drive on a Saturday shortly before noon. Even though they were busy and about to close, everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and kind. The lady at the front desk had a great big smile and great attitude and got me checked in quickly. I got my bloodwork done, and the lady who took my blood made some great jokes and told me a story that helped to put me at ease. She was gentle and got me in and out quickly. I was impressed! The entire experience was great!
I came in on March 6 to have lab work done . About a week ago my doctors office reached out to me saying that they never received my lab results and it looks like I was never a patient at LabCorp. I have called multiple times and no one has gotten back to me after the three or four voicemails that I’ve left and I don’t understand why they’re not getting back to me. Could not find the vein. 🤡
Worst service.. never recommend anyone this location for any blood work. Very unprofessional staffs specially at the reception area.
