Nice and friendly people here. This is my favorite location.
One of the receptionist was very rude to me. When I was unsure what kind of order my doctor needed, she just sounded annoyed instead of trying to understand the situation. I was waiting for over 30 minutes to an hour to just get checked in, which is only because it's a busy weekend, but upon approaching she already had a annoyed tone. She asked if I was going to do my order or not after I mentioned I wasn't sure what my doctor was looking for. But it was said in a rude manner. Walk in expecting to drop off for an order my Dr made was told I have to check in, then when I checked in everyone behind the desk disappeared. The lobby is dirty and they're not helpful.
Linda was professional and kind, recommended highly.
Everytime I have gone there the staff was courteous, quick, and efficient. Excellence in customer service for sure.
