I don’t know if inability what but I went on a Saturday morning thinking I was gonna be in big trouble as far as my wait time was concerned. Nope. Walked in to about 1 other person comfortably waiting to be seen and it looked like he was enjoying a nice Lifetime movie. I approached the desk and this is where my only negative experience occurred. I simply explained to them why I was there, that I was coming in off of a 12hr fast, and that I / BOOM!/ …..I was interrupted right there, ‘nuff said apparently, and the painful look... read more
Don't get labs here EVER. Had a 0930 appointment, checked in at 0925. This is an urgent care facility so you will be hanging out with sick people for an hour even with an appointment. Check in kiosk is cool which is why they get one star. After an hour i accepted that they had only called urgent care patients and don't care about labs. Then someone who checked in for labs after me got called. Then it happened again and i left. There isn't a person to talk to.
