The lady working here is amazing! She’s doing it all by herself with constant people coming in. The office was decorated cute for Halloween, I don’t find it dirty at all which I read in some of the other comments. She was so nice and got me in and out in 15 minutes. She also got my vein in one poke which is amazing because my veins go the wrong way and most phlebotomist miss. Keep listening to KLove, I hope they find you more staff!!

I always get fast service and the tech is friendly and goes out of her way for patients. She deserves a better work facility.

I was here a few weeks ago for routine labwork. There was a little bit of a wait past my appointment time, the waiting room was quite full. The nurse who assisted me, and my husband as well, was so extremely sweet and professional. She was friendly and informative. I was already happy to discover that this location right down the road from my house, but even more happy that it was such a great experience. I'll have to get blood work done every few months for a while, and now I'm dreading it much less.

I don't like giving reviews like this, but people need to know...Do Not go to this location. The only redeeming quality about this place is the ease of check-in. The waiting room is dirty, there is only one phlebotomist there, & making an appointment will not help you, they cannot accommodate. You're still waiting in the order people walk in, people with appointments that were before us left due to the long wait, as did we, though the dirt alone was enough to get me to leave.
