Was told they can't scan a lab order and had to use email. Sending medical data over email is already a big red flag, but then being told they can't scan a code on my phone is just stupid. Don't come here.
You have to book at least a month in advance to get a morning appointment for fasting labs because this is the only labcorp draw station west of Lake WA between DT Seattle and Lynnwood. Even with an appointment, it was at least a one hour wait time. Only 1 phlebotomist on staff and it took 15 minutes between each patient. The two staff guys are terribly overworked. There were at least 15 persons waiting for service the entire 1 1/2 hours that I waited to be served. Lab Corp needs to hire more staff.
Very bad clinic, they only have 1 person working here just for a routines it’s taking 3 hours, I mean how incompetent is this company.
Maybe the slowest place to get blood work? A whole waiting room full of folks waiting for appointments, plus walk-ins... been here almost 40min and only one person has been seen. No one at the front desk and only seen one tech in the back. Severely under-staffed location.
