Unbelievably bad. The woman at check in almost didn't let me through because my policy was in my wife's name. Took 1:30 as a walk-in. Six people in front of me. Make the drive to the East Side.

This location is extremely slow and understaffed. You will have to wait at least 2 hours for a walk-in, even if you show up within 20 minutes of the lab opening. Appointments may be faster, but there are rarely any openings unless you’re reserving months in advance. Multiple reviews from several months ago are all saying the exact same things, so don’t expect anything to change in response to all this feedback. UPDATE from 1 year later: it’s still exactly the same.

Was told they can't scan a lab order and had to use email. Sending medical data over email is already a big red flag, but then being told they can't scan a code on my phone is just stupid. Don't come here. Update: A week after they did my blood draw, they had not performed any of the tests I went in for. After a phone call from my Healthcare professional, it seems they never even did the tests. So I not sure where my blood went, but they lost it. Cannot stress enough not to go here.

You have to book at least a month in advance to get a morning appointment for fasting labs because this is the only labcorp draw station west of Lake WA between DT Seattle and Lynnwood. Even with an appointment, it was at least a one hour wait time. Only 1 phlebotomist on staff and it took 15 minutes between each patient. I then find out someone had an appointment for the same time as me. So, they are double booking appointments with only 1 phlebotomist on staff. I ultimately had to leave after close to an hour of waiting wi... read more
