The process to make an appointment and to check in was easy. The Phlebotomist that drew my blood was great! Just left a tiny dot from the needle and healed a day later. I also got my results in less than 24 hours. I had two blood test completed.
The Beamer location is hands down the best lapcorp. Lisa was amazing. Customer service was great and she's super fast. I normally go to the Fannin location where my doc is, but they are horrible. I drove 39 mins for better service and I'm happy I did. She should train all locations. No longer waiting an 1 1/2 hrs to give a urine sample. Thank GOD!
Was very easy to book an appointment online. I checked in via mobile phone and I was helped right away. It was very clean and smelled nice. Lisa was very kind and friendly!! She was also helpful and made sure all data matched.
