I have been coming here 2 times now and a woman Named Umida at front desk made my experience very pleasant. I always schedule an appointment and dont wait too long. She also drew my blood. UMIDA is very professional and made me want too come back to this office!
Extremely disappointing experience at Labcorp. I came in for pediatric lab testing, and the front desk staff was completely unhelpful and incompetent. Instead of making any effort to resolve the issue, they simply refused to help or look for a solution. When you’re dealing with a child, you expect at least some patience, professionalism, and willingness to assist a parent. Unfortunately, none of that was shown here.
