An employee arrives directly at 8 am which is the opening time, and many times a second employee doesn’t arrive until 8:30. I arrived at 7:45 this morning to be here at 8 am when it opened. I am the first customer to be seated in the back for labs, and it’s 8:40 am, still without labs drawn. This is very poor customer service.
Best experience! It usually takes techs several attempts to find my veins and to even get blood flowing but Glenda was amazing ! So nice and professional. It didnt take her any time at all finding my small vein! I was in and out within minutes. Highly recommend using this labcorp. Bonus if you get Glenda. :)

Had a great experience today at LabCorp. Barry T. at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My technician Meisha was an excellent phlebotomist. She got my vein on the first try and it barely even hurt. There was no wait, even though I didn't have an appointment. The facility was clean. I don't ever plan to go back to Quest again!
I made an appointment online, once I arrived it was super simple and efficient to check in. After I got in Danielle went above and far beyond to assist me. Turns out they don't draw blood for the kit I had. But she made sure I was able to find where to go. She could have just said no and good luck but instead she was a problem solver. I will definitely use this place in the future and recommend highly to anyone. Again thank you for your kindness and assistance.
