Got to location a little before 4, closes at 4:30. Door was locked, but I heard staff inside. Wouldn’t answer door or phone. Just beyond unprofessional.
Wait times are always long but Ms.Mary made up for it. She had a welcoming spirit and a soft touch. Didn't feel a thing. Kept the conversation going as she collected the multiple vials of blood. Enjoyed my short time with her. Great job Mary!!
I had my doctor’s prescription for a medical test. It was on an attachment in my email. She asked to see it, but then said I had to have it printed. If that’s the case, why the hell did you even have to see it. So, now I have to leave, print it, and come back. Thanks a lot! You people suck! And I was here previously, at a different LabCorp location a few days ago. I showed them the same email and they were ready to give me what was prescribed, but they were out of stock. You suck again.
Excellent service, kind staff! I had Kristin, and she was absolutely wonderful, even going so far as to call my doctors office to fix a discrepancy on my test request. Thank you!
Bring back the old lab techs..these new women have bad attitudes. Looking crazy, not letting people know to sign in on kiosk. Just bad vibes..
