Even though the office was extremely busy, the staff was awesome! From the front-desk receptionist to the team member checking in to make sure everyone in the waiting room was doing okay, the customer service was top-notch. My phlebotomist, Chandra, was fast and provided great service. These ladies play no games and get the job done right. Keep up the great work!
Come in at 8:30, there were 4 people already waiting in the lobby. People were in and out in no time. Mrs Chandra took care of me, she was very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend and will choose this lab from now on.
Chandra was so nice and helpful. We were there about 6 minutes before she came to take us back. Most of that time was me registering. She was very careful with my wife and allowed us to leave through a door closer instead of walking around to exit. My wife has balance issues. We have had visits where it took a little longer, those were walk in visits, understandably. Making the appointment on line was so easy! 5*
Always so slow
Got to location a little before 4, closes at 4:30. Door was locked, but I heard staff inside. Wouldn’t answer door or phone. Just beyond unprofessional.
