Fantastic experience! I arrived late in the day and they were still open. I had a lab order and was serviced very quickly. I highly recommend!
I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful my experience was. I had read many reviews that were negative, this almost swayed me to go somewhere else. I am so glad that I persevered and went to Labcorp, I have a one and a half hour drive one-way to get to SR. The office staff are so pleasant, efficient, and kind. They didn't make me feel as though I was bothering them with my questions. It was understaffed and I wasn’t seen for at least a half an hour after my appointment. My lab results were stat and they have been delayed.
I have a scheduled appointment at 1:15 when they close at 2:00. I got there at 1:00. The door was locked. There was not a note on the door. I banged on the door and somebody came and answered and said they were closed early today and somebody should have called me. They didn't and I ended up riding my bike 34 miles just to get turned away. This kind of stuff is exactly why their ratimg is so low.
Highly recommend. I use the walk in option and never wait long (once I scanned my ID and they immediately called me in). The office is clean and the techs are pros! My regular dr had to poke me 5 times this place ALWAYS only one poke. Best place for blood draws. I've been here quite a few times and never a bad experience.
