Just wanted to pop on here and share my experience from this past Saturday Labor day weekend. I walked in and there was this tall guy working the front desk I have seen him before at the other location. He has the nicest smile, and you can't help but smile back. Lab opens at 7:30 but girl working this AM said she wouldn’t be ready for first patient until 7:50!
Labcorp has two sights at this location on Sonoma Ave. Suite #121 and Suite #112. I go to #112 because it stays open later and I really like it. It has a clean comfortable atmosphere and the people working there are very nice and efficient. I always drop in without an appointment and I never have to wait long. There is a large parking lot at this location and it is easy to find.
Our experience with an older female lab tech with long hair and glasses was very unpleasant, the morning of 6/28/2025. They were not busy at all yet my partner was still treated very abruptly. They did not use proper clean technique, and without warning slapped their arm unnecessarily hard during the process as part of their "method". The other staff has been nice, but avoid this employee if possible.
