Scheduled an appointment for my daughter’s labs weeks in advance. Drive 35 minutes out for my appointment to find out it was closed. No call. Nothing. Had a few appointments before at the same place. They were open but everyone there seemed to not like being there. Felt like my daughter and I were imposing. We did have one woman who was nice one time.
This review is for Michael who works here. He is so good at drawing blood - I’m a hard stick and he has never had a problem. I’ve even been sent home from other labs without a successful blood draw because they tried three times on me and their corporate policy doesn’t allow them to try any more in one day. He’s also just got a great demeanor and easy bedside manor. My kids have to do some blood draws which I’ve been putting off bc it’s hard to find a good phlebotomist - I’m going to bring them in while Michael is working.
They are not open on Saturdays… Don’t waste your time driving here
I had a 4:15 appointment, I get there at 4:15 and there is a sign on the door saying they closed at 4 today due to short staffing. I drove 30 mins in stop and go traffic, not feeling well, for the 5th time attempting to get my labs done because they are always closed due to short staffing or they just don’t accept walk ins even though the website says they do. This place is unreliable and unfortunately the only one in Santa Rosa, useless. I stopped by twice this week and closed both times during normal business hours.
