Staff here is so rude.
The absolute worst experience. I arrived for a scheduled breath test after being off my stomach medication for four days, only to be told I could not be seen by a very rude and dismissive Kristen I think her name was because the office had mixed me up with another patient who had the same name and birthday. She insisted I owed money 595 dollars from 2022 office visit for a PPO test ( I didn't have a PPO back then) that actually belonged to someone else. Rude and unprofessional Kristen front desk person. I have been coming to this location for lab work for quite some time due to the convenience, professionalism, and competence of the staff. I have even recommended this location to friends and previously brought my daughter here when she needed testing. Unfortunately, our recent experience on May 22, 2026, was very disappointing.
