I went for my annual Urine Testing. A Very Nice young Lady named Shania was my Technician. Shania was very polite and knew her craft very well. This is the only LabCorp that I have ever been to that had high quality cups to drink water out of. All the other LabCorp locations I have been to had low quality flimsy cups to drink water from. The policy here at this location isn’t a good one. I made my appointment 1 week ago and entered all my demographics including insurance information. I arrived to my appointment and checked in 10 mints prior to. Only for the receptionist to ask for my credit or debit card the charge will be $150.00 if my insurance doesn’t kick in. I asked they can verify that before getting blood work because I made my appointment 1 week ago and thought it would’ve been or at least while I was waiting. Audrey was AMAZING at Labcorp! I always have a hard time getting my blood drawn, even requiring the use of a vein finder machine sometimes, but Audrey didn't need any help and found my vein on the VERY FIRST TRY on two separate days without the machine! That's never happens on the first try! She is truly exceptional and the best blood drawing nurse I've ever encountered! I highly recommend you ask for her when you go there. Trust me, you won't regret it. Thank you Audrey.
Do I have to have a problem with every labcorb? 2 women working very rude, no one knows anything. However, I think their seat is very comfortable.
