I had a 9:00 AM TLC drug test appointment on September 8 and arrived on time. During check-in, a female front-desk employee asked for my TLC license. Unfortunately, I had accidentally left it in my vehicle, but I had a picture of it on my phone and immediately showed it to her. I had a great experience at Labcorp this morning 8/24/26. They opened at 7 AM, and there were about five of us waiting. The woman who let us in checked everyone in, and I later realized she was also the one doing all of the bloodwork and testing. It appeared that she was working completely by herself, yet she remained kind, professional, and made sure everyone was taken care of. She handled everything so well and kept things moving despite having to do so much on her own. She definitely deserves recognition—and a raise!

A dark skinned older female with glasses working behind the desk had sent me to the Flatbush Location to get bloodwork done because she used to work there and said they "won't charge you" for bloodwork due to not having insurance. At the Avenue B location they were charging $110 for bloodwork. When I got to the Flatbush location it was $126. These employees are misleading and liars with attitude. Whoever was working around 2:30pm on 8/18/26 needs re-training.
