This place is horrible, they let me waiting for over an hour with a crying baby and restless toddler and the Spanish speaking women just told me to get lost when I dared to go to the window to say something. By the way, next to the window there is a sign saying 'go to the window if you are not being served in 30 minutes ' Horrible, awful, cruel, why do these people work in healthare??????
Juan (John) is excellent. He gets the procedure done quickly and on the first attempt. He is the only one of two people in my life who can do this on the first attempt!
Rude staff, mentioned how something would have been helpful on the kiosk at check in and intentionally started letting those walking in after me go before me to keep me there longer!
Juan was beyond great, he was working alone today with a full list of patients and walk-ins to treat, but he didn’t let that change his great work ethic and attitude towards patients. Juan was excellent he even shortened his break to ensure that the patients were able to be treated properly.
I think his name was Juan, he pulled my blood quick and I am a hard pull! So he did an amazing job will be back in the future for bloodwork.
