My experience here was quite smooth, and I'm very pleased! I arrived a few minutes before my appointment today (Friday) at 2:45 PM. I checked in online and they got my OnDemand orders. I usually hate getting my blood drawn, I have to get pinched more than 5 times to get anything out, and I end up with lots of holes and TERRIBLE bruises that last for days. Husband had an appointment for blood work at 12:30. We he got there, the ladies told him they were going to lunch and to come back in an hour then proceeded to shut the sign in window in his face! Of course, he didn't go back. Worst customer service ever!

I went here for drug screening for a per diem job. They are only open during work hours. No receptionist. Single Kiosk for multiple people led to a line to the door. No indication of how long it would take. Yelled out to lobby with announcements. Reminded me of inprocessing at reception battalion during basic training.
Nobody ever helps you to sign in. The people at the front desk are rude. Short staffed!!
