Extremely long waiting time. One employee working by herself and trying her best to get everyone
I went to 10500 Ulmerton Road Suite 746 Largo Fl 33771. The Font Desk the two rudest people that I’ve ever met in my life. If I was the manager there, they both would have been FIRED today and I would have taken care of the customers. I’m so ANGRY and ANNOYED how they treated me my sister and the rest of the people there. You need to hire new front desk people that gives a damn about their job and people…..
This place is run by "a one man show". The only person there is responsible for phone calls, registering patients, taking blood, and all other office duties. Appointments are rarely available in the mornings, making it difficult for those that have to fast before blood drawing...who wants to be hungry and not able to eat for hours. Walk ins are welcome but the times I've gone, I've had to wait for hours and it's always full. I need to have bloodwork done again but am hesitant as the last time they lost my blood viles. Absolutely the worst LabCorp in Pinellas County. I waited an hour and a half and the front receptionist told everybody to leave because she was the only one working if you’re going to go out of your way to get blood work done choose any other location.
