If I could leave a zero star I would. I was checked in as a walk in for 50 minutes. 15 mins in a lab tech popped her head out and said I know you guys are out here I have 2 patients back here. I will be with you soon. No one else ever came out or went in and after we had been sitting for 45 mins they finally called another patient. I asked her how long and she said we have one more ahead of you. I said I have been waiting almost an hour and she rudely said I have to take appointments before you. Such a waste of time. The wait is far too long especially when you are expected to pee on command. Processing labs and paper work aren’t as hard as typing apparently because I thought the tech was heavily medicated or was a sloth in a previous life. Seems like they are gossiping a lot or are terrible slow at their job. Either way I didn’t piss my pants thankfully and I passed with flying colors for a great job in design!!!! I’ll always be looking for that higher pay based on my amazing eye for design.
Awful. Don’t even consider walking in. A 2 hour wait to hand over a urine sample- the agony that one goes through.
