The music is excessively loud, and the staff seems more focused on chatting about their lunch plans than assisting customers, which is quite frustrating. The front desk employee attempts to multitask but doesn’t effectively resolve anything, leaving my question unanswered. Additionally, there’s an unpleasant odor throughout the place. Overall, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional.
I had a very positive experience with the people who work here,I really appreciate their help, I will definitely return, I do recommend this lab
