Staff is friendly and have never had to wait very long. Idon't feel like a bother to them.
The lady was very nice and informative. She didn't even judge me when I acted confused when having my first blood drug test. I thought I was peeing in a cup lol. No worries on my end just never had my blood drew for it. I'm glad she was the one to do it. Wish I remembered her name.

Easy check-in, nice staff. The wait was short. Convenient location in the Kettering Health Center off of Middle Urbana Road.
