This location is 10000x better than the location at 499 el Camino real. The phlebotomist who works here is incredible, personable and always has 10/10 impeccable customer service, there’s never a wait and the location is also extremely clean. Avoid the other Encinitas location at ALL COSTS!! This one is the bees knees.
What is the point of making an appointment if you get lumped in with all the walk ins and miss your scheduled time by an hour? Don’t go here.
I had a 10:45am appointment… followed all directions online & iPhone. I sat in the office until 11:50 without an acknowledgement by staff member in office or received a text to bring me in for simple blood panel draw. WORST SERVICE EVER.
Arrived and checked in for my appointment ahead of time, waited an hour, then they closed the office for the day without any comment. For anyone looking for labwork, avoid at all cost especially if you have to take time off work to get labwork done.
