When I asked a question,, they showed no compassion. Then turn the question around to try to confuse. And then argue with the client!!! Lizat is rude.

My wife and I went in to get our blood test we go yearly for a blood test never had any trouble today. They wanted to charge me $911 and my wife $757 and we ended up just walking out. The girl was really not very friendly at all. We’ve never had any trouble before and I don’t understand she would must’ve been in a really bad mood because we walked out pissed off and took our papers with us. We’ll go to a different lab from now on.

This place is great! I had to go twice for bloodwork 48 hours apart and both people who drew my blood were so nice. They were quick and made me feel so comfortable.

I checked in at 9am for my 9:15am appointment. At 9:50am, I asked how much longer it would be and was told they had not even reviewed my checkin forms. Upon review, I was told I needed to email my orders (even though I had already uploaded them). I was then told to go to the back of the line.

Place had no one there and said it was full and did not honor my appointment. So I went to Quest! Much better.
