Front clerk Veronica has very rude and careless attitude like it is a bother to just do her job, there are also many other bad reviews about her, she called us in the latest just for asking a question, even her coworkers don't like her. She is very bad for business. Because she delayed my wait time for so long she wasted so much of my time on purpose, letting other people get blood work done before me even though I checked in first.
Visited the La Palma location in the morning. Bathroom was unsanitary. Check- in tablets were nasty & smudged so I asked for it to be cleaned. When I went to the room for blood draw I asked if the arm rest was sanitizer especially because of the possibility of bodily fluids. The lab techs response to me was, "Do you have anything else to complain about?" RUDE! LABCORP, IS THAT HOW YOUR TECHS ARE TRAINED TO RESPOND? WASNT IT JUST A FEW YEARS AGO WHEN ALL OF YOU WERE WEARING SUFFOCATING MASKS, GLOVES, AND REQUIRING VACCINES?
I checked in with no appointment, expecting a wait. It stated an hour and a half. No one greeted me and the female behind the desk looked extremely cranky. She spoke like she was being bothered to every person that went up to her desk. I have now been here for one hour and 4 minutes. There have been 5 times that the lab was empty, and walk ins could have easily been seen. Instead, it’s absolutely a punishment to come in here as a walk in and she makes sure you know it. Great service nice people
LabCorp as a whole is an unmitigated disaster of a company and even with that low bar this location tunnels under it. Randomly decides they won’t open many days and when they are open the rude workers decide they are apt only that day. If it were up to me I would close this location and turn it into a shrine of labcorp’s incompetence
