I live just a few miles from this facility and until they get their act in gear I won’t be back. The woman at the desk didn’t even wait until we were in the door and asked if we had an appointment. When we said no she said it’s appointment only. I told her that her website said WALK-INS ACCEPTED and after she argued with me, she said we could go to the Cerritos one. I mean I don’t have anything good to say but atleast they’re available for appointments only.
I came in for labwork. The lady at the front desk is amazing! She is overwhelmed with submitting orders. Everyone is asking her questions, she is multitasking and being respectful when asking patients questions (almost rhetorical but helpful to lead people to the answer) other labwork locations only have a kiosk for people to check in. Here they have the kiosk and lady working the front handling all the foot traffic. Her hard work does not go unnoticed.
