I was anxious about this visit because of how bad the reviews are. I made a Monday morning 8:15 appointment for prenatal blood work and was taken back at 8:45. The waiting room was clean & comfortable so I didn’t mind the wait, and once I had been called back I was out in under 5 minutes. By 8:30 there were quite a bit of people waiting so I can imagine wait times getting worse as the day goes on. The woman I just spoke to on the phone, regarding corporate was very rude. I want to say her name was Sharon but I’m not completely sure. She sounded like she was a little bit older. I was kind as soon as she answered the phone and she started off with an attitude. Definitely not somewhere I want to go when getting my blood took!
Misgendered and deadnamed me even, though they had my preferred name and pronouns on my paperwork and I corrected them. The lady also dug the needle around in my arm when she couldn't find the vein. Very unprofressional.
